1. What Is A Virtual Tour?
A virtual tour is a set of images that are stitched together to create a 360° rotating space. The end user will get the feeling of actually being there, within the space.
2. Are Virtual Tours Used Only For Real Estate?
No, virtual tours can be used in a wide range of applications. Many college and universities are using virtual tours. Hospitals, hotels, restaurants, museums, government agencies, the list goes on and on for the growing use of virtual reality and virtual tours.
3. How Much Do Virtual Tours Cost?
Virtual tours can be purchased for a very reasonable amount of money. While each tour and each circumstance is unique so is the pricing for a virtual tour.
4. How Long Will It Take?
There are two areas concerning time and “how long”.
The first of these is the shoot time. A virtual tour scene can actually be shot in just a few minutes. On average though there are at least 6 – 8 scenes which can add quickly to the total time. i.e 5 minutes to shoot a scene with a total of 8 scenes would result in a 40 – 45 minute average shoot time.
The second area concerning time and “how long” is processing. Photographing a virtual tour will produce upwards of 32 images per scene. Which results in substantial post processing time. On average images are processed and stitched and the virtual tour can be seen within 3 business days after the shoot.
5. How Is The Virtual Tour Delivered?
All files and folders will be zipped up and sent in an email. For an additional fee, all files and folders can be placed on a disk and delivered to you. If choosing 360 Virtuals to host your host tours a link will be sent pointing you toward the tour.
6. When Is The Final Tour Delivered?
The final tour (all files and folders) are delivered when payment is received.
7. What Types Of Payments Will 360 Virtuals Accept?
